Details

This is a very nice home in an incredble Bradenton neighborhood just minutes from the beach & other waterways.  The bedrooms, closets, & bathrooms are large, the kitchen is open to the living areas, and the garage will fit two cars plus additional storage.  The kidney shaped pool is what dreams are made of and what Florida living is all about.  

The roof does need replacing and there is evidence of repairs to previous water leaks.  The pool is clean the the pump runs well but the screen needs some (if not all) panels replaced.  Overall, this is a very nice house that won't take much to bring it back up to 100%!

Plan to attend our preview from 11:00am to 2:00pm Saturday March 23rd.  You'll see the nice split plan layout to the house, the large bedrooms with walk-in closets, the pool, fenced backyard, and the open living areas.

The necessary repairs will be obvious and easy to plan.  It is our opinion that a roof replacement, carpet removal and replacement along with some ceiling repairs and a fresh coat of paint would make this a very comfortable home for anyone.
