This Property Features 1236± Seller-Owned Acres within a 2054± Acre Fenced Perimeter, and has been an operating cow/calf operation as such for about 30 years.  856± Acres are scheduled to sell via ABSOLUTE Auction on January 27, 2018.  The seller has instructed us to present any and all pre-auction offers (in contract form) up to, and including the 380± Acres (in Sec. 4, Twp. 31, Rng. 26).

The seller begain assembling these properties in the Mid-late 1980s and owns approximately 60% of the individual parcels within the perimeter fence.  The balance of the properties are owned by absentee owners, none of whom have physical or legal access to the property.  The seller continues to buy individual parcels from these owners but has decided that it is time for someone to take his work and complete the task of filling in the blanks.  Access to the property is gained from at least four different points on a minimum of three different roads; Sinkhole Road, J. Jackson Road, and Perdue Road.
